General sales information
The price indicated at the time of order is valid unless there are exceptions such as described in the second paragraph below, “Buying from Sabia AS” All orders shall be made via our website  www.omni-pro.net

Buying from Sabia AS
The Purchase Agreement is made legally binding once the buyer has received an order confirmation via email. Sabia AS reserve the right to only sell products and services to registered riding clubs and associations in the European Economic Area (EEA). 

We reserve the right to correct prices, descriptions and pictures as required. Sabia AS shall not be held responsible for errors caused by currency changes, war, terrorism, natural disasters, nuclear attacks, force majeure, delivery problems, tax- and duty-changes, sold-out goods, system errors, and data entry errors. 

If a buyer wishes to cancel an order the buyer needs to do so by sending an email with the subject “Order cancellation” to ten.orp-inmo@selas. This must be done as soon as possible, and must be done before the goods have been packed and are ready to be transported to the buyer. The email must contain the date of order and the order number. 

The order is not accepted as cancelled until the buyer has received an email confirming the cancellation. We advise buyers who wish to cancel an order to ring our Customer Service on tel: +47 22535123 

Prices, specifications and pictures/illustrations on the webpage
All our non-Norwegian web pages prices show prices in Euro, exclusive of VAT. Whilst we strive to proof-read all our information, prices, delivery times, stock situation, etc we reserve the right to alter any information that contains errors at our discretion, and without prior warning. 

We reserve the right to change products and specifications at any time without notice.

2. Payment

We accept payment using the following:

  • VISA
  • Klarna

Payment using credit or debit card is made at the time of order. Payment using Klarna gives other options. 

3. Shipping

The shipping method is shown at the time of order. The seller shall charge the buyer with freight costs. The risk relating to the products is transferred from the seller to the buyer when the products are deemed to have been delivered. The customer must ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at the time of ordering.

Terms of delivery
The Goods are delivered directly to the Customer’s address at street level. 

If the customer causes delay to the delivery there may be a fee incurred for temporary storage, charged by the carrier. 

Damages during transportation
When receiving goods the Customer must check that the correct amount of goods have been received, and that they are free from damaged. If the packaging has been damaged or items are missing it is very important that the carrier is informed and reports it into the carrier’s reporting system accordingly. We advise that the customer checks before signing for the delivery. 

If the Customer discovers hidden or concealed damages later on this must be reported immediately upon discovery by emailing ten.orp-inmo@selas and the carrier used. 

If the goods are used despite evidence of transport damages the goods are considered accepted and delivered. 

4. B2B (business to business) sales

Sabia AS will only offer products and services to business customers such as riding clubs and other related businesses. These are the B2B customers rights:

  • No rights to regret purchase
  • 12 month warranty. Change or repair does not incur a new 12-month warranty period
  • Shipping costs incurred when returning a faulty product for warranty claim are paid for by the Customer. If the product is found to be faulty and under warranty the shipping cost of returning the repaired (or otherwise) product to the Client is paid by the seller. If the product is found to be working or has violated its warranty seal the customer shall bear all shipping and repair/investigation costs. 
  • Out of warranty repairs and all related shipping, customs are paid for in full by the Customer. 
  • All B2B sales have shipping costs given that they involve moving physical goods from seller to buyer. 
  • Sabia AS retains the ownership of all goods until the goods and shipping are paid for in full. 

Returning goods 
All sales are final and without return rights. If an order was made in error then the buyer must inform Sabia AS immediately by emailing ten.orp-inmo@selas so that a return may be agreed and arranged. All shipping costs and customs/duty etc incurred must be paid for by the Customer, and the goods must be return unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. A return must be agreed in writing before the buyer returns the goods. 

Returns because of wrongful invoicing or delivery information 
If a return is caused by wrongful invoicing or delivery information which causes the delivery to be returned to the seller we reserve the right to charge the Customer NOK 500,- (or €50) as a handling fee. This also applies to goods that were not accepted delivery of.  

If a return has been agreed between buyer and seller and the goods are returned in as-sold condition Sabia AS will issue a refund of the sales value minus shipping costs no later than 14 days after the goods were safely returned to our address. The refund will be issued to the same method of payment as was used to pay for the goods.
